Overview
Meet the newest addition to our park, our fabulous Treehouse duplexes offer a bird’s eye view over the park and facilities, Perfect for extended families or two families travelling together sleeping up to 8 people in each. These elevated cabins boast three bedrooms, two bedrooms offer queen beds with one ensuite off main bedroom, and in the third bedroom 2 sets of bunk beds (suitable for children 12 and under).
These cabins provide all the luxury of home with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, laundry, a second bathroom and a BBQ on the deck.
If one cabin is not enough, you can book both and there is an interconnecting door so all families can easily join up for meals and activities.
Kick back and relax on the comfortable sofas at the end of a long day and enjoy a family movie night on the flatscreen TV. The outdoor entertaining area is also the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink after an afternoon soaking in all the parks stunning views and atmosphere.
There is also car parking below the cabin for 2 cars.

Deposits and Payments
Best Flexible Rate
- First night is payable at the time of booking.
- Reservations can be cancelled or amended up until 2pm the day prior to arrival without penalty.
- If notice of your cancellation is received beyond this time, the park will retain the first night that has paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
- If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we will hold your remaining funds in credit for 12 months from the day of cancellation.
- Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
Stay 4 Save 20%
- Minimum of 4 night stay applicable.
- First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
- If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we will hold your remaining funds in credit for 12 months from the day of cancellation.
- Semi-Flexible Rate (7 Day Cancellation)
Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
First night is payable at the time of booking.
Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
If notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Summer Holiday Rate
- Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Reservations made within 90 days to arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Fees
Rates are structured on a per day basis for up to two adults. Extra charges apply for additional guests staying.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
