Waterfalls
Erskin falls Lorne – 25 mins from Wye
Beautiful walk through the rain forest. Stand at the top of the falls or take the 10 min walk to the bottom of the falls.
Sheoak Falls – 10mins from Wye River
Take the tranquil walk through to Sheoak falls.
Melba Gully – 1.15mins
Known as the ‘jewel of the Otways’ this is one of the wettest places in the state. See the ‘Big Tree’ which is over 200 years old. Glow worms line the path at night.
Triplet Falls – 1.5hrs
While visiting the Otway Fly, stop in next door to Triplet Falls. This magnificent waterfall is surrounded by wet forest and ferny rainforest.
Carrisbrook Falls – 20mins from Apollo Bay
Take a short 300m uphill walk to the lush & sun-exposed ravine for a distant look at the impressive 50m waterfall. The waterfall is rated as one of the closest ones to the Great Ocean Road – which means not too much walking for the kids.
