Getting back to Nature

BIG4 Cape Jervis Accommodation & Caravan Park is a unique property, we believe in getting back to nature, adults and children alike can find themselves again, restoring the old fashioned family holiday, our park is where you will experience wonders of the four seasons.

Spring! When our long, dark, cold windy winter has come to an end and the season of rebirth and rejuvenation is upon us when the sun is shining brightly and the air is clear.

Summer! When the temperature can hit 40+ degrees, when the beach is pure heaven but the land is parched thirsty for rain and the corella's love to visit for a while eating their way through the natural bushland.  Autumn! The aqua blue & greens, seas of the rugged pristine Fleurieu coastline, the brown burnt dry land is starting to turn into lush green landscape and then there is Winter, the dark is upon us early, the stars shine brightly through the clouds perfect for star gazing, crisp clear days and cold nights when the wind can whip around your face and the need to keep warm is upon you, the perfect time for a camp fire and a mulled wine or a hot chocolate and time spent reminiscing of holidays gone by with family and friends.

If you love nature at its best, then this is the place for you, whether you are taking the ferry from Cape Jervis to Kangaroo Island or exploring the wonderful Fleurieu Peninsula – Deep Creek National Park, Rapid Bay, Second Valley, Victor Harbor, Yankalilla, Normanville and McLaren Vale are all just a short drive away.

Ranging from a well facilitated RV park, caravan & camping ground to rustic self-contained cottages, motel-style rooms and lovely large cottages; we have the best selection of accommodation available for your next adventure on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Sally and Anthony Miles took over Cape Jervis Station back in early 2010 and have set about converting it to a memorable destination, whilst bringing a little bit of  history back to life.

It’s like stepping back in time with the original buildings lovingly restored with stone and lime walls, with modern comforts. We have it all.

We like to do accommodation a little differently, with a mix of modern features, and an authentic country atmosphere.

The kids will love seeing the emus, ducks, chickens, sheep and huge flocks of native birds – everyone can interact whilst they are here which makes it an extra special family experience.
