A Long Term Casual is an owner of a caravan/annexe fixed on a powered site, under an Occupation Agreement (contract) with the park on a yearly basis, for a fee that is set annually by Park Management. (Please contact park directly for yearly fees).
This entitles the owner up to 180 days of occupancy per year. People entitled to occupy that particular caravan under our contract for no extra charge, are the owner’s immediate family (Husband/Wife and Children). Any other persons staying at the site will be charged at the park’s tariff rate for extras, for that particular time of year. You will also pay for your own water, gas and electricity usage including the relevant access fees.
