Reception Hours

9:00am – 5:00pm, 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day). After hours check-in available, please arrange one day prior to arrival. Seasonal reception hours may apply during daylight savings.

Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.


If you are travelling with dogs you must notify staff prior to check in to acknowledge and sign the BIG4 Karuah Jetty Dog Policy Agreement on arrival. No more than two (2) dogs are allowed per site. When you check in, let the front desk staff know you’ll have a dog on site. You’ll need to sign a Pet Policy Agreement, and then you and your dog can make yourselves at home. Be sure to keep your dog on a leash or in a carrier during your stay. Dogs shall remain within your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier. If your pet is disturbing other guests/staff or causing damage, you will be required to depart the park without refund of your deposit or remaining charges.

Deposits and Payments

Below are the terms and conditions for Karuah Riverview Pty Ltd trading as BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park:Deposit of one night stay is due on booking to confirm, balances are due on arrival.Exception to Christmas school holidays, balances are due 14 days prior to arrival.


Additional Guest Fees: The rate is based on the first 2 people and additional persons are charged at the seasonal rate. Day visitors are permitted at a nominal fee from three years old and above. Please note, day visitors are subject to maximum guest capacity rule and a maximum vehicle capacity rule, which may require staff to decline entry by foot or by car.

What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy: 
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply: 

  • You, or an immediate family member, have COVID–19 at the time of stay or you have tested positive for COVID–19 within 7 days prior to arrival:
  • Under a local health or government directive, you are required to self-isolate because you have been identified as a contact of a person who is a reported or suspected case of COVID-19 (note: the self-isolation requirements vary depending on the state and/or circumstances); or 
  • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you can no longer travel to, or from, your destination. 

Note: You may be required to provide reasonable evidence that the above circumstances apply. 

Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay. 

To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on  Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. 

Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions. 

Changes are permitted and subject to availability, rates may vary due to seasonal tariffs and/or difference in the amount of people registered on the booking. Cancellation inside 30 days from arrival = Forfeiture of deposit which is the first night’s rate. Cancellations outside of 30 days from arrival = 50% of the deposit paid. Guests who fail to arrive on their arrival date will be classed as a 'no-show' and forfeit any funds paid, no credits or refunds permitted for a 'no-show' occurrence. Refunds: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account. Refunds can only be processed onto the original credit or debit card of the person who made the booking.

Below are the terms and conditions for Karuah Riverview Pty Ltd trading as BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park:

Phone booking deposits must be made by Visa or MasterCard, credit or debit card only. Special rates or deals may require full payment at time of booking.

Group bookings: A minimum of 10 bookings is required to qualify as a group booking, payment terms are advised at the time of confirmation.

Security codes expire at 10am on the day of departure, please ensure you have contacted office staff by 10am on your day of departure to extend your stay or request a late check-out where available. Failure to depart the park by designated check-out time will incur an additional night's fee at the full advertised rate, charged to their card.

Any special requests are welcome and will be actioned at the discretion of management, please note that all requests cannot be guaranteed.

A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park upon arrival as a security bond and any damages or excess cleaning costs caused by the guest/s will be charged to the card. Minimum night stays apply during peak holiday dates please refer to the rate conditions prior to making a reservation.

Should you have any queries regarding your stay please contact our office between 9am-5pm. 

Guests who are travelling with medically certified dogs must pre-book their accommodation and provide an authority-issued certificate as evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

  • Not be the person named on the booking request.
  • Not be authorised to use the credit or debit card produced.
  • Not be able to pay for any charges.
  • May cause damage to the property or other guest property.
  • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
  • Be younger than 18 years old and not accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 25 years old.
  • Be concealing an unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
